Diagrams in the classroom

Abstract

In this seminar I will discuss some results from Graphical Linear Algebra [1,2]. We will look how to express in this diagrammatic language basic concepts such as matrix decomposition, rank, solution of a linear system, dimension, the rank-nullity theorem and how they can be used to teach Linear Algebra to undergraduate students.
