Registration

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register by the early registration deadline in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings. This author registration cannot be cancelled later on, however, it can be transfered to another person if needed.

Registration fees are as follows (all the prices are in EUR) and include among others coffee breaks, lunches, a drinks reception, the social event, and the conference dinner.

Given that this is a hybrid event, we have a larger than usual number of categories. Physical attendees should choose the Physical Regular or the Physical Student option.

We have tried to keep the prices as low as possible. Given that there are fixed costs associated with the conference, including publishing costs and the costs related to the venue, invited speakers, and so on, authors of papers who will present their work virtually are expected to choose the "Virtual Author" category. Other virtual participants can choose the Virtual Regular or the Virtual Student options.

PhD students without a full salary qualify for the student status of the registration.

EATCS members (both Regular and Student) will be asked to quote their EATCS membership number onsite if taking advantage of the reduced fee.

Membership in EATCS has a number of benefits, including lower registration fees for EATCS-sponsored conferences (e.g., ICALP, ESA), in particular for MFCS 2019. You can become a member here and immediately benefit from the reduced registration fee. The membership fee is €40 for a year (two years for students).
